Meet the Artist
John Petermeier has been creating art since he was a child growing up in Minnesota. John specializes in all types of subjects: Colorful wildlife pictures, portraits, landscapes, abstract, and pet portraits. He works in a variety of drawing mediums, utilizing graphite pencils, colored pencils, and design markers.

John loves to travel to help ignite his creativity His adventures in various states, Europe, and even zoos helps inspire ideas for his drawings.

John takes his art seriously and found more value in his gift after reading a letter to artists by Pope St. John Paul II. " Artistic talent is a gift from God, and whoever discovers it in himself has a certain obligation: to know that he cannot waste this talent, but must develop it".
